Dr. Ciment treats the entire spectrum of foot and ankle medicine and surgery. From common skin and nail disorders to sports-related injuries, elective surgery to more advanced diabetic foot care and reconstructive / limb-salvage procedures, Dr. Ciment treats all conditions that affect the foot and the ankle. He has extensive experience in lower-extremity wound care, as he trained for two years at The Wound Healing Center at Cabrini Medical Center. Not only does Dr. Ciment have extensive expertise in diabetic foot care, but he is also a leading expert in HIV-related foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Ciment believes that strong patient education and involvement is the key to providing superior podiatric medical and surgical care.
Dr. Michael Collins treats all conditions of the foot and ankle. After receiving his degree from The New York College of Podiatric Medicine he completed his Podiatric Medical & Surgical Residency at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. During his surgical residency he specialized having done additional training in Reconstructive Rear foot and ankle surgery.

Michael Suchman is our Office manager and billing coordinator. Michael serves as a liason between our patients and their insurance companies who can sometimes make it difficult to understand how to navigate the intricacies of coverage and prior authorizations. Michael joined Chelsea Foot and Ankle in 2009 in a career change after over 12 years as a licensed attorney practicing in corporate litigation.

Jenny Guse is an indispensable part of the Chelsea Foot and Ankle team, providing administrative back up. You’ll often see her at the front desk or speak to her when you call.
Jenny is a trained musical theatre actress with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Millikin University in Decatur, IL. She appeared in numerous professional musicals across the Chicago area before moving to New York. In New York, she has studied alongside Broadway directors and casting directors and is currently studying on-camera and commercial technique.
Jenny is also a lover of new things; she has taught herself how to make origami, is currently learning to play the ukulele, and practices yoga and meditation.
